Use this email hub to submit content for alumni newsletters, or request to have an email scheduled for sending, if it is already built. Please use the Digital Project Request form to discuss email strategy and to plan out a multiple message email campaign or to have a message built from scratch.

Submit Events for Raise Highlights
A monthly all-alumni email, Raise Highlights is an events digest sent on the second Tuesday of each month, with conditional content based on interest and region. Learn more about Raise Highlights and event marketing options.

A monthly all-alumni email, Alumni Insider presents content from around GW, with one piece of conditional content based on school/college/unit. Learn more about Alumni Insider.

Schedule an email
Use this form to schedule an email that has already been created in Luminate and is ready to send. Please have the audience, subject line, and sender information ready. The Scheduling Request should be submitted at least 3 BUSINESS days before the requested send date.
Request Email Strategy or Email Audience Creation
Please use the Digital Project Request Form to request assistance with large email campaigns (more than one message) that often cross channels with other digital marketing, or for a complete build of an email, or to help with email audience creation.
